NexCare Health is seeking an LPN for our Dimondale, MI facility to deliver high‑quality nursing care within a robust interdisciplinary team. You will evaluate patient needs and administer care using advanced technology while contributing to a family‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Michigan with CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care, irrigations, IV therapy and other treatments.
• Administer medications as prescribed and explain changes to patients/families.
• Provide preventative and supportive physiologic and psychosocial care.
• Promote hospitality and excellent service in daily interactions with patients and families.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team with direction, training and evaluations.
