Job summary

Dimondale Nursing Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Dimondale, MI to join our EPIC team. You will provide specialized nursing care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, and other areas, with autonomy in evaluating patient needs and administering care using advanced technology.

You will earn up to $43.55 per hour on nights, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid monthly. Full-time roles include robust benefits, tuition support, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN in Michigan with CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Nursing.
• Experience in patient care and teamwork within a hospital or care center environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments including would care, IV therapy, and tube feedings.
• Administer medications as prescribed and communicate changes to patients and families.
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Promote hospitality and high-quality customer service in daily interactions.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team, including direction, training, and evaluations.
