Job summary

LRADAC is seeking a part-time night-shift LPN in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on monitoring and delivering medical treatments within a sub-acute withdrawal management setting, under supervision.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication management, and coordinating care with the team. Qualified candidates hold an LPN license and CPR certification, with nursing degree from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university; and one year of related experience and/or training are required.
• State LPN licensure and CPR certificate are required.
• SC Licensed Practical Nurse licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide medical treatment and supportive services in a medical sub-acute withdrawal management setting.
• Perform initial nursing admission assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Ensure proper medication regimens are started and follow provider orders.
• Screen clients to determine admission criteria and refer to appropriate level of care.
• Pre-certify and review clients with third party payers.
• Direct ancillary staff and coordinate client care during the shift.
