Job summary

Ascension Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a part-time, night-shift Licensed Practical Nurse to provide bedside care in Med Surg.

You will assess patients, administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, perform laboratory tests, and educate families on discharge plans and self-care.

Minimum requirements include Wisconsin LPN/LVN credential, BLS within 30 days of hire, and high school diploma equivalency or related experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing prior to hire.
• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Note: required licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
