Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care per established protocols.
• Administer medications as allowed by policy and licensure.
• Observe patients and report adverse reactions promptly to RN.
• Respond to patient requests safely and timely.
• Document care provided and assist in care planning under RN guidance.
• Educate patients on self-care per teaching plan.
