Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.

• Document care and observations accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.
• Respond to emergencies and support code team as needed.
