Qualifications

• 0–1 years of LPN experience in healthcare.
• Current TN LPN license and BCLS certification.
• ACLS preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living.
• Conduct focused patient assessments and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections per orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Document care and observations in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Assist with procedures like wound care and specimen collection.
• Participate in orientation and training of staff and nursing students.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Prepare equipment and supplies; respond to emergencies.
