Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain LPN license.
• ND requires IV therapy education or certification.
• Complete pre-licensure clinical experience with life-span care and CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for residents under supervision in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered per care plans.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient education and safety.
• Maintain competency and obtain required certifications and renewals.
