Job summary

The Alden Network, located in Huntley, Illinois, is seeking qualified nurses to deliver exceptional patient care at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities include supervising nursing assistants, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN.
• Must possess current CPR certificate or become certified within two weeks.
• Demonstrates interest and/or knowledge in the care of the aged.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to customers and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
• Plan and implement care plans for customers.
• Make daily rounds to ensure compliance with nursing protocols.
