Job summary

Union Post Acute in Union, SC, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts. We offer competitive wages ($25.00–$27.75/hr) plus shift differentials and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Join a supportive team in a warm, home-like long-term care setting.

We require an active SC LPN license, CPR certification, and graduation from an accredited LPN program. Long-term care experience is preferred. Applicants should be compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
