Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications, including IVs, and take and record vital signs while providing comprehensive resident care and education. You will communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Current LPN license is required. The position offers a night shift from 11pm to 7am with competitive wages and benefits, including 1199 Union Benefits,

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts (11pm–7am).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and treatments.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with care team.
