Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care on assigned shift under RN supervision.
• Administers medications, including IV therapy, per policy; assists with procedures.
• Ensures safe handling and disposal of hazardous waste.
• Monitors blood products as applicable.
• Receives and transcribes physicians’ orders.
• Contributes to care plan development and evaluation.
• Documents care in patient records.
• Responds to emergencies, initiates CPR when needed.
