White Deer Run Mt Zion York Residential Recovery in York, PA is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide nursing care in an inpatient setting focused on addiction treatment for adult men. The role supports safe patient care, coordinates with a multidisciplinary team, and emphasizes compassionate service and accurate documentation.

The position covers night hours (11pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends, and requires an active LPN/LVN license and CPR/de-escalation certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred in clinical area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within LPN/LVN scope.
• Role model customer service and emphasize patient safety.
• Collaborate with others to meet patients' physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs.
• Provide basic comfort and implement nursing interventions per plan of care.
• Apply interventions to progress toward wellness and maintain wellness.
• Discuss care with patients and listen to concerns; report status changes to RNs/MDs.
• Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Deliver medications safely per policy and orders.
• Maintain standards of professional nursing practice as required.
• Accurately document patient symptoms, responses, and progress.
