Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Current LPN/LVN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope.
• Provide a positive, empathetic patient experience and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet biopsychosocial needs and address concerns.
• Deliver nursing interventions per the care plan and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and progress.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff about care.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with orders and policies.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with interim duties as assigned by supervisor.
