Acadia Healthcare is seeking LPN/LVN nurses for White Deer Run Mt Zion York Residential Recovery in York, PA. This 8-hour night shift position requires nursing licensure and provides care for adult men in a detox/rehab setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering basic care, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the care team. Preferred candidates have 1+ year of nursing experience and CPR/de-escalation training.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• One or more years' nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within LPN scope.
• Maintain patient safety and document care and observations.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet diverse patient needs.
• Provide safe medication delivery per orders and policies.
• Report status changes to RNs and physicians.
