Job summary
Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts at Peoria County Jail. This role involves assessing patients, implementing treatment plans, collaborating on medical procedures, and documenting care.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.
- Hold current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment.
- Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners.
- Collaborate in controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies.
- Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures.
- Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
