Job summary

Fast Switch in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team caring for residents with disabilities on a full-time night shift. You will administer medications, monitor health status, document accurately, and collaborate with direct care staff to maintain a positive care environment.

Qualifications

• Valid MA LPN license.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• TB test within last 6 months.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks.
