Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

- 6 months experience as a LPN (or similar role).

- Monitoring residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs.
- Facilitating the intake process and documenting medical histories.
