Job summary

Cayuga Health is seeking an LPN to join the Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility team in Montour Falls, NY. You will administer medications and treatments under RN supervision and provide compassionate, patient-centered care during night shifts.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. A NYS LPN license and CPR/BLS are required; on-site care with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current NYS LPN License.
• CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitors and records patient vital signs and reports changes promptly.
• Provides ethical, patient-centered care within scope of practice.
• Maintains clinical competency and coordinates care with interdisciplinary team.
• Completes accurate documentation in EMR/Point Click Care and participates in team activities.
