Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization providing housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. This LPN role is 12‑hour night shifts, full‑time, with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus available.

Responsibilities include nursing care, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an unencumbered LPN license; CEUs and ongoing competency training are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board.
• CEU and competency training as required by department and facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision of RN/physician.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge for residents in care plans.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Support an interdisciplinary care team and communicate with residents and families.
