The position is full-time on the evening shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm) with a 40-hour work week, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current and in good standing.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• IV therapy/management training may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess residents and document outcomes; communicate with inter-disciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families on health plans and self‑care.
