Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board.
• IV therapy/management skills may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
