Job summary

Delhi-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente is seeking an LPN for overnight coverage. The role is full-time with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, three days per week and every other weekend. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available after two years of service, with a starting hourly rate around $35 and potential increases based on experience.

Responsibilities include safe resident care, medication administration, and shift handoffs. 1 year of experience and an active LPN license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Night shift availability.
• Excellent patient care and documentation practices are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe resident care and administer treatments according to established standards.
• Administer medications following the five rights and document accordingly.
• Communicate care plans and shift reports to the team.
• Participate in quality improvement and update care practices.
• Assist with external feedings and sterile/clean techniques.
• Cooperate with reassignments to support resident care.
• Report issues to nursing management and suggest solutions.
