Job summary

Delhi-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente is seeking an LPN for the overnight shift. The role is full-time with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, three days per week and every other weekend. Starting pay new rate from $35/hr up to $35.50/hr, with evening and night differentials. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered over two years.

• Experience: 1 year
• License, Registration and/or Certification required: Yes

Responsibilities

• Provides safe resident care, completing assigned treatments and procedures per standards.
• Maintains awareness of updates to standards and applies them in practice.
• Communicates resident information and care plans during shifts and handoffs.
• Administers medications using the five rights and documents administration.
• Performs treatments using sterile or clean technique.
• Delivers external feedings as required.
• Supports resident care during reassignments and reports problems to management.
• Assists in ensuring quality of care and participates in improvement processes.
