Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our on-site team in Trenton, TN. This full-time night shift (12 AM–8 AM) offers an opportunity to provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

Responsibilities include assisting the RN, administering medications, coordinating medical appointments, and reporting health changes to physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Effective communication with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as people supported and families.
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
• Assist RN in delivering quality nursing services.
• Administer medications and treatments or assist with medication administration.
• Assist with scheduling preventative and routine medical appointments.
• Observe, document, and report health changes to physicians.
