CorrectHealth currently has an exciting full-time night shift opportunity to join our growing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Cartersville, GA! The LPN participates in the clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.

Duties are performed under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, or physician, with administrative supervision of the HSC, ensuring quality care and adherence to nursing ethics within the correctional

Qualifications

Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
American Heart Association BLS certified.
Corrections experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Participates in the clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.
Performs duties under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision of the HSC.
Maintains standards and ethics of nursing in accordance with the State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies.
