Job summary

Artis Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Coordinator of Health & Wellness (LPN/LVN) for the 11pm–7am shift. The role emphasizes clinical monitoring, medication management, and compassionate care for residents with dementia. Weekend shifts on a rotating basis are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess current LPN or LVN designation as granted by State Board of Nursing.
• Continuing education credits as required by state.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in resident assessments and daily care planning.
• Oversee and implement medication management for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Provide emotional support and ensure resident safety.
• Supervise Caregivers & CNAs in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist in marketing and outreach to prospective residents and their families.
• Support residents during move-ins and relocations.
