Job summary

Artis Senior Living of Eatontown is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the 3pm-11pm shift. This full-time role involves coordinating health and wellness, supervising CNAs, and supporting residents with Alzheimer's/dementia in a compassionate setting.

Starting pay is $35 per hour, with competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid holidays, 3 weeks PTO, a 401k with employer match, and tuition reimbursement. Prior geriatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess current LPN or LVN designation as granted by the State Board of Nursing.
• Continuing education credits must be fulfilled as required by the state.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in resident assessments, development of service plans and daily care.
• Oversee medication management and administer treatments as ordered.
• Document care provided and report significant changes in residents' condition.
• Supervise Caregivers and CNAs in providing resident care per guidelines.
• Assist with resident move-ins, acclimation, and community relations activities.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.
