Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid LPN license.
• Understand safe nursing practices within Indiana.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, health assessments, safety and comfort for residents.
• Supervise and assign care tasks to staff; document nursing care.
• Participate in care plan development and updates.
• Conduct daily visits to observe symptoms and responses to treatment.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and diet provisions.
• Assist with orientation and ongoing staff training.
