Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe residents' physical and psychosocial status.
• Assign personnel to meet resident needs.
• Observe, record and report changes to the supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Attend nurse meetings and maintain continuing education.
