Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift at Mount Vernon Nursing & Rehab. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts (6p-6a) with every-other-weekend rotation, focused on compassionate geriatric care and resident well-being.

You will assess residents, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, respectful, and excellent care across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
