Job summary

Eventide Crete, NE is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts (6pm-6am) with weekend/holiday rotation. You will perform prescribed medical treatments and personal care under physician direction, supporting the care plan for residents.

You will supervise Med Aides, document care, and educate residents and caregivers on medication self-administration where appropriate. Licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license in good standing in Nebraska or a Nurse Compact state.
• 6 months RN/LPN experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assess residents' physical and psychosocial status and report changes promptly.
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records in a timely manner.
