Job summary

Eventide Lincoln Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Night shift (6pm–6:30am). Includes every third weekend and holiday rotation. Eligible candidates must be licensed and meet vaccination requirements.

18+; CPR required; 6 months of RN/LPN experience preferred. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessment, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of RN or LPN program.
• 6 months experience as RN or LPN preferred.
• RN or LPN license in good standing; CPR required; vaccination per Eventide policy.
• Must meet Eventide vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and supervise medications and nursing services as ordered by physician.
• Assess seniors/clients' physical and psychosocial status; report changes promptly.
• Observe skin health and prevent pressure ulcers per policy.
• Complete documentation in medical records accurately and timely.
• Supervise Med Aides delivering medications; follow comprehensive care plan.
