Job summary

Eventide Prairie Commons in Grand Island, NE is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for nights (6p-6a). Includes weekend/holiday rotation. Requires active RN or LPN license in good standing and CPR.

Qualifications

• Must be RN or LPN with active license in good standing.
• CPR certification required; vaccination per policy.
• 6 months nursing experience preferred.
• Licensed in Nebraska or a Nurse Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure high-quality nursing care per current standards and Eventide policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor for adverse reactions.
• Accurately record nursing actions and patient status in medical records.
• Assess patients, document vitals, and report changes to supervisor and physician as directed.
