Join a compassionate, skilled team focused on high-quality care and resident dignity. As an LPN, you’ll round on residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Demonstrates strong clinical and assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise, lead and mentor nursing staff.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform duties as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily rounds and assessments on residents.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications and maintain documentation.
• Communicate changes to residents, families, and providers.
• Assist in developing and updating resident care plans.
• Support and train nursing staff, including new/temporary employees.
• Ensure safety with OSHA, infection control, and emergency protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and state survey processes.
• Direct supervision of nursing staff and involvement in hiring/training/scheduling.
