Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• A current, unencumbered, active OH LPN license and CPR certification.
• At least one year experience in Long Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per plan of care including medication administration, assessments, wound care and documentation.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents' conditions and notify physicians of changes.
