Responsibilities

• Communicate changes in condition to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and update resident care plans with the team.
• Supervise nursing staff and mentor new employees.
• Ensure OSHA, infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Participate in quality assurance and state surveys.
