Job summary

Comer Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time night shift in Comer, GA. You will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and monitor residents per care plans.

We offer competitive pay ($28.49–$31.40 per hour), shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and benefits including vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
