Oxley Park Health & Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs within a patient-centered care team.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour with evenings, nights and weekend shift differentials, plus weekly pay. We offer medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO,

Formación

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible to obtain one.
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to resident-centered care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable and dedicated to high-quality care.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
