Comer Health & Rehab in Comer, GA is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for Day shifts. Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials and weekly pay. You will join a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Active LPN license in GA or eligibility for licensure.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
• Good communication with residents, families and team.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
