Job summary

Starting pay ranges from $30.40 to $33.57 per hour, with evenings/weekend differentials and weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
