The role involves patient assessments, administering medications, and documentation using standard protocols. Candidates should have graduated from an accredited nursing school and possess a current LPN license. Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN within the state of employment required.

• Collaborate in controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies.
