Job summary

Shorewood Behavioral Health, a brand new state-of-the-art 120-bed behavioral health hospital in Madison, WI, seeks Registered Nurses to provide compassionate psychiatric care for adolescents to seniors. Nights 7:00pm–7:00am, full-time role with opportunities to impact patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include nursing care within scope, maintaining safety, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team to address patients’ needs.

Qualifications

• Provides nursing care using the nursing process within LPN/LVN scope.
• Maintains patient safety and quality of care as a priority.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic nursing care.
• Ensure patient safety and report changes to RNs/doctors.
• Collaborate to meet patients’ biopsychosocial needs.
