Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Some leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates and manages census and acuity; allocates nursing resources.
• Role models customer service; emphasizes patient safety.
• Ensure staffing and charting accuracy; oversee MARs and logs.
• Mentor staff; provide coaching and training as needed.
• Ensure facility compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
