Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program is required.
• Current state licensure as an LPN or LPN license applicant is required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Gives direct nursing care under supervision of RN/physician/PA/APN.
• Implements plan of care within LPN scope of practice.
• Performs phlebotomy services as needed.
• Contributes to care plan with input from patient and family.
• Administers medications and treatments per order and within scope of practice.
• Other duties as assigned.
