Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in state.
• BCLS required within 90 days.
• ACLS required after 6 months.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• 12 Lead EKG training available.
• Phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-centered care under RN delegation.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians and healthcare team.
• Participate in hourly rounding and safety checks.
• Update patient records in EMR and escalate concerns as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement activities, including daily huddles.
• Implement physician orders within scope and obtain RN support for first-dose IV meds.
