A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates. The position emphasizes coordinated care, adherence to policies, and ongoing care plan development, with a strong focus on resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN License for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of CNAs and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers as required.
• Assess residents, prepare and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review and update care plans.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nurse supervisor.
