Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team in Paris, Tennessee. This full-time role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for night shift (7p - 7a) and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

You will support residents with daily living activities, meal service coordination, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
