Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, KS is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate clinical team. The position involves 12-hour night shifts, three-day weekends every other weekend, and a schedule designed not to exceed three consecutive work days.

You will monitor residents, administer medications per physician orders, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Kansas (KS Board of Nursing).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsabilités

• Provide total care for residents and monitor their condition.
• Administer medications per physician orders and follow narcotics policies.
• Monitor for side effects and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and assist with admissions and discharges.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and facility policies.
