Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, KS seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide compassionate care, monitor residents, administer medications, and support the clinical staff.

This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), a 14-day rotating schedule, weekend hours, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), and PTO. There are ample growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly identify and report changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness, adverse reactions, and potential complications.
• Follow controlled substance and medication management policies and procedures.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Perform assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in resident condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Ensure resident care plans are followed and updated appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Report incidents, injuries, skin concerns, changes in condition, and other resident concerns appropriately.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote resident rights, dignity, privacy, and person-centered care.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.
